Villa Riu is an independent accommodation, with capacity for 10 people, located about 250 m from the Paseo Marítimo and is completely fenced. It has a large area where you can park up to 4 cars, one of the spaces under a shed, the floor is made of natural stone except for the green landscaped areas. Through the large raised and covered terrace you access the house.

Entering on the left is the first suite-type room that consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, opposite there is a bathroom with a bathtub; To the right of the entrance to the house is a spacious living-dining room with SAT-TV. Its windows give a lot of natural light and a balcony door gives direct access to the terrace. From the central hallway you can access the independent kitchen with a pantry, which has a door to the back of the house. At the end of the hallway there is a small toilet and at the end there is access to the storage room where the washing machine is located. Stairs located in the central hallway take you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with a single bed and a private bathroom each. Going up to the second floor there is a bathroom on the right, in front of the stairs a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and on the left another bedroom, also larger with a double bed and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have lots of natural light and through a balcony door you reach the large solarium terrace with views of the Ebro River, the Natural Park and the garden with the villa's pool.

The garden and pool area has a lot of shade from various trees and palm trees, there are two areas of artificial grass, the pool measuring 4m x 7.5m. With a built-in staircase, it has a jacuzzi.

There is a split air conditioning in all the rooms and in the living-dining room, which use is optional.
