The Villa “L'Alfacada” (“Sandy Lagoon”), ready for 4 people, is located about 280 m from the promenade and it is completely fenced. The car parking area offers enough space to park two cars. The house is accessed through the roofed terrace. On your left there is the dining area with views to the garden. Behind the entrance door the new kitchen is situated, along with a small laundry. Through the lounge area which has a large sofa for the whole family, you reach the small hallway. On your right you will find the completely refurbished shower room and on your left - the room with double bed, to the bottom of the hallway there will be the room with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All windows have burglar bars and mosquito nets. The use of air conditioning in the living-room is optional and not included in the rental price. In the front garden there are several trees that can offer you a good shade during the hot summer months; from there you will arrive at the back of the housing where it will be the 2x2m swimming pool equipped with a metal staircase. A few meters from the pool you will dispose of a spiral staircase to go up to the solarium. The house is only available for NON-SMOKING clients.
