The Cochise semi-detached chalet, with capacity for 4 people, is located about 450 m from the seafront and is completely fenced. The interior area where you park your car is covered and offers good shade for your vehicle. Entering from the parking lot, to the right is the private pool that has a built-in staircase and a metal staircase, near the outdoor shower. Following the concrete path between the pool and the garden area you reach the elevated terrace where there is a small terrace table.
Entering the house, you directly find the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. In front of the door there is a staircase that leads to the attic which is closed and solely for the exclusive use of the owners. Behind the kitchen there is a door that gives access to the small laundry room.
Leaving the kitchen, you can access the room with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, next to this, the double room that consists of two mattresses and a built-in wardrobe. At the back is the small toilet with a shower.
All windows have bars and mosquito nets.
There is a split air conditioning in the living room, the use of which is optional.
