The Maricel chalet is a semi-detached accommodation with capacity for 4 people, it is located about 40m from the promenade, very close to the supermarket and the pharmacy. Chalet Maricel is completely fenced, for the benefit of your pet. The cemented pedestrian entrance is wide, so you can park a vehicle on the plot, under the shade of a tree. The accommodation has a large storage room in case you want to store beach things, fishing equipment or water sports equipment. On one of the two sides there is a small garden area and on the other side there is a small elevated wooden terrace accompanied by a small decorative fountain and a young olive tree. The semi-covered front terrace has a canopy that offers shade on the sunniest days, the terrace is equipped with various furniture, a table with 4 chairs to enjoy meals, wooden benches to enjoy reading or the sun . The built-in barbecue is located a few meters from the terrace. Entering the house you will find yourself directly in the spacious living-dining room that offers space for 6 people with a sofa, 1 armchair, table, chairs, TV/Sat unit and display cabinet. From the living room you access the small hallway that leads on the right to the double bedroom with its large wardrobe, at the back to the room with 2 single beds and a small built-in wardrobe and on the left to the bathroom with shower. Following the dining room there is a large independent kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and another Italian coffee maker. The kitchen has a large pantry with a washing machine. From the kitchen there is a door that gives access to the back garden, which also has terrace furniture and artificial grass. It is an area with more privacy.

All windows have bars and mosquito nets, including the main door of the house.
