The semi-detached villa El Garxal, with capacity for 4 people, is located about 450m from the promenade and is completely fenced. The entrance to park your vehicle is located at the back of the house. The pedestrian access is made of non-slip material and is located right next to the private pool, which has a built-in staircase. Through the covered terrace equipped with a table and terrace chairs you enter the house.
Once you enter the house there is the living-dining room area, to the right the kitchen with a breakfast bar and then a small laundry room. At the back, behind a door, you reach the hallway where you can access on the right hand side there is a toilet with a shower, in front is the bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and next to it there is another bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Outside the house next to the terrace there is an area with a portable barbecue.
All the windows, as well as the door of the house, have bars and mosquito nets.
There is a split air conditioning in the living room, the use of which is optional.
